Return policy

 

We will process a return, refund, or exchange under the following conditions; 
-defective merchandise 
-defective decoration 
-website and/or order processing errors 
We cannot process a return, refund, or exchange for incorrect size choices or color choice of the customer. We recommend you read and follow carefully the sizing charts provided. A link is provided in the footer of the home page. If you have specific questions about a return we encourage you to call. Your complete satisfaction is our goal.

 

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

To complete your return, we require an email and digital photos from you explaining reason for the return. Please include your original order number. Please send email to info@shopwolverine.com. We will contact you within 3 days of receiving your email with instructions.
